Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
    • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
    • Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include senior management, business users, and external service providers.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage project budgets and resource allocations.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects and develop mitigation plans.
    • Conduct risk management and contingency planning.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct quality assurance tests on deliverables and track performance against KPIs.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present regular progress reports and reviews to senior management.
    • Maintain project documentation, such as plans, schedules, and budgets.

 

PRojects you Will work on:

  • Service-Now roadmap:
    • Fy25 – implementation of the portal, foundational processes, user, and IT trainings
    • FY25 – implementation of asset management, prioritization of incidents, knowledge management, reporting (dashboard, etc)
  • FY24/25Cloud governance setup – AWS landing zone implementation
  • FY24/25 – SAP architecture review and version upgrade
  • FY25 – RFP and implementation of Global Service Desk
  • FY25 – RFP and implementation of NOC
  • Budget compilation and follow up

Requisitos del puesto

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT implementations.
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementations.
    • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects from inception to completion.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Abilities:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
